BeemBridge

File Transfer Without Walls

BeemBridge preview

AirDrop is Apple-only. Quick Share skips iOS and macOS entirely. Beembridge works across all major platforms. Install it once on any device and it transfers to every other device running Beembridge, regardless of operating system.

Transfers work on your local network and online. Online transfers are peer-to-peer, so file data never passes through a server. Recipients can also receive files through a browser without installing anything.

Key Contributions

  • •Built the full-stack desktop and mobile application, from UI to core networking logic.
  • •Implemented cross-network P2P using STUN-based device discovery and WebRTC for the browser transfer mode.
  • •Designed and managed the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD deployment pipeline.
  • •Architected the product split between the open-source local app and the closed-source online platform.
